Drying time for a single layer, at a temperature of approx. +20 degrees C and relative humidity of approx. 50%, with good ventilation:
- for surface drying – 1 hour
- for applying the next layer – 2-4 hours
Reducing temperature and/or increasing humidity may extend the drying time
Do not add foreign ingredients. Do not dilute the emulsion.
Wash off any contaminants with water and a cleaning agent. Allow to dry.
Clean fungal surfaces with a putty knife and then apply a suitable fungicide.
Fill any unevenness and damage to the surface with a suitable filler, then level and smooth it.
- Prime highly absorbent, unstable, dusty and porous substrates in the following order:
Stage 2: with Dulux Acryl Matt emulsion diluted with 15-25% clean water (applies to the entire surface).
porous, stable, non-dusty cement-lime plasters, should be primed with Dulux Acryl Matt emulsion diluted with 15-25% clean water.
- relative air humidity should be lower than 80%
- brush: the best effect is achieved by using brushes with synthetic bristles
- roller: the best effect is achieved by using rollers with natural fleece or string rollers with a fleece length of 10-18 mm
- airless spraying - recommended device parameters:
o working pressure 175 [bar]
o nozzle diameter 0.017" / 0.43 mm (nozzle PAA517)
with a spray angle of 50
Spraying parameters performed on GRACO devices, model STmax595.
The selection of parameters for the spraying method depends on individual needs and device characteristics and should be preceded by technical tests.
