Product Introduction
This simple, timeless block-patterned rush carpet is made with domestically grown (Kyushu) rush grass.
Each stalk is thick, with a thick outer skin and fine fibers, making it resilient and durable.
Rush grass has natural air purification and humidity control properties.
It's also stain-resistant, turning golden brown with use and developing a unique character. The rush grass is treated with Aomori cypress (deodorizing).

● As this is a natural material, there may be variations in shape and slight variations from the listed size. ● The surface of the rush grass is "mud-dyed" with dyeing soil to protect it from sunburn and adjust the color. While this is harmless to the human body, when the product is new, some of the dyeing soil may not have fully penetrated the rush grass, which may transfer color to clothing. Therefore, be sure to wipe the surface dry before use.
