Product Directions: Cooling: Place Thermal-Aid Zoo Animal in the freezer for approximately 5 hours. Exact cooling time may vary depending on freezer settings, product type, and desired temperature. Heating: Place Thermal-Aid Zoo Animal on a clean surface in the center of the microwave for 30 seconds. Exact heating time may vary depending on microwave settings, desired temperature, and product type. Keep Thermal-Aid Zoo Animal away from the microwave walls while heating. Do not heat in a conventional oven. Cleaning Instructions: Thermal-Aid Zoo Animal is a hand-cleanable product. Do not immerse in water. Do not machine wash or dry clean. Clean only the stained area with warm/hot water and mild soap or hand sanitizer. Thermal-Aid Zoo Animal must be completely dried before reuse.
