Det var precis som på bilden och så fick man ett extra photokort på sidan också. Hade KOMCA- märket vilket jag var orolig för att den inte skulle ha men jag blev mer än nöjd.

Good morning, first of all, greetings. I have been waiting for this product for some time since it was a gift for my little niece. Which I could not deliver on his birthday, July 4th. However I knew the CD was coming. It arrived yesterday, but my surprise was that the case was completely cracked, thus making the CD case even scratched. I attach photographs of it. I would appreciate if you could review the packaging process or protection of the products because I cannot give this as a gift. I can explain to you that it came like this but I would like the things for which I and many clients pay, to come in the conditions promised when placing the order.. In the photographs you can see how the exterior casing is completely cracked. On the left side and at the bottom right. Thus leaving the interior part to also look scratched as it is not protected.. Without further ado, I await your response.

I am very sad, the delivery was fast, but it arrived in bad condition, perhaps it was the shipping company but I still think it was not well packaged, the little bubble wrap it had did not have bubbles, they have offered me a 15% refund as a second option and I will have to keep the album in these conditions. Do not trust the refund policies, I offered to send the product and have them send me one in good condition and nothing. The Joom team only gave me ONE option and if not to talk to the seller by email and after making me wait more than 20 days for an answer having only 30 days to request a refund, it's normal that I threw in the towel with them. Very sad because I was really excited about the album and although the content has almost no defects, the box is part of the experience. You have to package them better not just with a bag and a little bubble wrap.

Not happy at all, got sent the wrong album, not complaining cause the album is in fantastic quality and i still love the member but its still not what i wanted, if i wanted this member then i wouldve ordered it, 100% do not recommend ordering from here, especially after the order mishap, i just want my sunoo album, i get it could be easily mixed up with sunghoon but honestly the color is a massive difference. As much as I tried for a refund, they would only let me have 20%, which can hardly even buy a Starbucks coffee with that money! I'd rather the album resent or at least a refund so I can get the album I wanted somewhere else!
