I do not recommend them. They do not even come close to the original ones. When a current of 250mA source - drain passes, U4v drops on the transistor, which means R = approximately 15 ohms but it should be up to 1 ohm. The transistor crystal is 2 times smaller than the original one, in the photo, the original one is off.
