Use & Care Before first use, wash then the coating with cooking oil. For efficiency and stability: center your pan on a hob adapted to the diameter of its base. Avoid burning the handle. Do not overheat your cookware. Oven safe up to 175℃ (350℉) (except glass lid) Not microwave safe. Do not use whisks or sharp utensils in your pan. To prolong the life of your pan, we recommend hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge. Dishwasher use: It is preferable to use gentle detergents such as a liquid or gel. If your handles loosen, gently re-tighten them. This pan can be disposed of at a recycling point.
