WDPOLO Handväska 2023 Ny Sommar Mode Joker Handväska Old Flower Bag Seniorväska Messenger Bag Kvinnlig

Product with defects as can be seen in the images and video. But, according to customer service they are small normal imperfections and the scratches on the lock are from opening and closing the bag, what terrible quality that when buying it new it is already like this. Furthermore, they don't refund the money and on top of that I have to pay for the shipping for something that comes defective from the factory.

Very well packed, so that it did not suffer any changes during the transport process. It's not leather, the imitations are quite soft, the shade of green looks very nice. It has no key, and no lock. It was shipped very late, after more than 20 days, that I thought I would not receive the product anymore, but I am glad that it reached my hands.

The color is more beige than expected, but it doesn't make a difference. First of all, workmanship, minimal smell because it is new, but the smell is not really like leather and there are no signs that it is real leather. The chain is a bit heavy which makes the whole handbag heavier.

Bag arrives in a different color than what I ordered Always make a video of the complete unboxing with join otherwise they don't see you. Pretty quality

I like it very much, despite the fact that it has some defects, which can be fixed. Overall the quality is good, the hardware is not scratched. I recommend.
