Bild 3 vad jag beställde bild1, 2 och 4 vad jag fick. Beställde en liten net hat med en vacker roset. Fick en hat med stor brett med en text på. Jag skulle ha hatten i stan inte på stranden. Vilket gjorde de helt omöjligt att använda med den breda hat rätten med mycket folk om kring. Blev erbjuden 60 % tillbaks mom jag behölden. Men tackade nej efter som jag sa inte funkade i stan med den breda bretten

So it's getting nicer and better with Joom. Now you have to unpack every item you receive with a running video IF something is broken that you have right on video. The video should also be in one piece, which is then much too big to send. Highly complicated. Neither a complaint with photos, nor an exchange, nor a return works here, because it looks like you have to pay extra for them yourself, catastrophe. Joom used to be really better, this makes no sense at all. I understand Joom who probably won't see a dime from the seller if something is wrong, but that shouldn't be done at the expense of the customer. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that everything will be fine when it comes, because otherwise you can't refund it without a video, let alone exchange it. Photos of the defective item will not be accepted!!!
