True to the size chart and images. Good size, good material surface, and very good firmness. As opposed to other options that just feel floppy, this one definitely takes the cake. The only potential downside is the weird silicone smell that I personally expected and frankly don't mind that much. Haven't yet attempted use, but from previous experience, I can extrapolate into just saying this thing is very good overall.

It's said to be medical grade silicone. The item is very clearly not. It has a strong rubbery smell that doesn't go away, and is sticky to the touch, has the signs of something more like TPE. Would not recommend for internal use. I'm getting a refund.
