Samsung A73 5G, Galaxy A72 4G, A71, A80, A81 Flipfodral i äkta läder för skydd - Crazy Horse-stil

I ordered a case for an A8Plus phone but received an A8, despite the specification being clearly written. Also, the product was described as a Leather case. It is not leather I can assure you but some artificial polyurethane. But I assumed from the start that would be the case. Now comes the problem. When wanting to return the product and following indications from the Help Centre, the page prompts you to click some non-existent Support button. You can look far and wide you will not find anything close to that or making possible a return. The Refunds & Return procedure is not active despite deceptively having the name and appearance

This is an official complaint. I received a wrong item. It doesn't for instance have a hole for the lamp. All together the cover is too small. The points where you push the buttons are in a wrong place. See the photo. To the right the item I bought, to the left a correct old item. I want to get my money back. How do I return the item?

Nice leather and is sturdy. Much better than any leather ones I've purchased off of Amazon
