The product was not corresponding to the description as it was made available online. In pictures, it does look misleading; the sweater appears to be made from a thick, heavy material. On your website, it mentions the thickness as ‘thick’, but this is, however, the lightest sweater I have ever touched. It also mentions 90% polyester and 10% cotton; I highly doubt there is any cotton in it. In addition to this, there is no label attached to the sweater, which would state the composition of the material of the garment. Finally, the color of the sweater online is very light, almost bone color/beige, and in reality, it is more towards yellow, again, showcasing that the pictures on your website are misleading and do not represent the real product.

Disappointed.. bitter. Products unrealistic compared to the presentation of the catalogue. Poor material out of shape, superficial and poorly cared for cut and seams. Well, even worse is the attention they pay to customer criticisms and reviews. I was dismissed with superficial and arrogant responses despite having asserted and accepted all your requests. You clearly have little care and attention for your customers. Your competition is decidedly more professional.

I normally have an XL with a belly or Items in great condition... would still buy from this seller again... now I'm looking for this tracksuit in XXXXL or even XXXXXL...

It arrived today on January 5th, 2024. My godchild enjoys it. Coach Jäggli is doing well for him. But the pants are a little too short. Although it is a 2 XL and my Göttibueb usually only has an L or XL at most. If it's extremely short (5-10cm) and too wide so you could fit a thin person in then the pants would be just right.
