How to use the product: Place the melt on the gum line outside the upper or lower molars, with the white side touching the cheek. Push with your tongue to find a comfortable spot. Leave on for 10 seconds. Place the tan adhesive side on the outside, top or bottom of the molars and/or nearby gums, and the white side against the cheek. When going to bed, use a total of two, one on each side. Use as needed during the day. Snacking on foods high in sugar and starch can easily lead to cavities. Hold the tanned side against your gums for 10 seconds and then relax. The whitened side dissolves and acts as a coating, moisture and lubricant.
