Hi, I'm writing again because I'm trying to fix the zipper but it doesn't go backwards or forwards, they should check the items well before sending them because they take a long time to arrive and then this happens to me, a disappointment, I hope you say something, thanks , please solve it for me

The hook on the handbag strap is broken. Very disappointed. It is not normal for us to receive damaged products. I'm really not satisfied.

It's a lovely bag, suitable for weekend trip, or for school as big enough for folders. Plenty pockets, but a bit big for normal everyday use. Still love it!!

The LED strip is rubbish and cannot be connected. There is no plug or power supply required for it to work. In the package, naked tape. I do not recommend.

I honestly consider it poor quality I was expecting a fuller..quality material It's thin..it doesn't meet my requirement Thanks

Enormously large with many side pockets, material is hard-wearing and certainly washable
