Dessa var väldigt små för sin storlek och då tog jag ändå en sto större. Blir tyvärr retur. Problemet är att det inte går att hitta var man gör en retur och det finns ingen kundtjänst tillgänglig?? Kan ni bistå JOOM???

Scooter väskan var bra fäst hjälmen var lite större än förväntat men det går att använda bättre än att man har ingen hjälm alls 👌

Lite för mycket utrymme för min fot. Annars väldigt bra.

I would like to file a complaint about the slippers I bought from you. The slippers have not even been in use for a month, and already they are torn and the soles have been damaged. Since they have only been worn for a very short time, I do not find this quality acceptable.. The dress is very beautiful. The shipping took a very very long time but that was known as it was still within the stated timeframe for when it should arrive. So it was on time. There is a zipper sewn in at the back and a corset which was very comfortable makes the dress to wear. In terms of length, the S fits perfectly (I am 1.60cm). The fabric is relatively comfortable like any fabric of prom dresses. I would buy it again anytime. :)

I received a defective product. The zipper was sewn incorrectly and the dress cannot be properly fastened. The defect was present from the moment the package was unpacked. I have photos and video footage of the product unpacking. Additionally, the actual appearance and quality of the dress significantly differ from the product shown in the offer photos. I request a full refund for the defective product and information regarding free return of the goods.
