■This is a unique drum head that has cleared the four keywords that were faced during the development process of the Type-R snare drum head: "black," "coated," "heavy bass," and "blank."
■Produced using a method that uses a special clear coated material on a special black film and tightly wraps the film with a heavy color (sash).
■The combination of the good sound of a single-ply head and the deep bass of a double-ply head makes this drum head perfect for rock sounds.
■The problem of color fading, which is common with conventional black coated heads, is also resolved by making the coated material transparent.
■Does not stain sticks or other heads.
