The American Ultra II Precision Bass features a carefully selected alder body with deep body contours. The quarter-sawn maple neck has a Modern "D" neck shape, and the neck back is finished with a tactile Ultra Satin finish. The 10-14 inch compound radius ebony or quarter-sawn maple fingerboard features ultra-rolled edges, medium jumbo frets, luminescent Luminlay side dots, and a Graph Tech TUSQ nut. The tapered neck heel and deep body contour allow easy access to high positions, and the head-adjustable truss rod allows for quick neck adjustments.
