How to Use:
1. Open the battery cover and insert 3 x AAA batteries in the correct direction as indicated. Close the battery cover.
2. Insert the plug into the output socket of the massage machine, and connect the other end to the massage slippers or pads correctly.
3. Wear the massage slippers on both feet or attach the massage pads to the desired areas to be massaged (make sure the areas are clean).
4. Press and hold the power button to turn on the massager.
5. This device has eight massage modes, including hammer, massage, kneading, tapping, scraping, and acupressure, as well as an automatic mode. Choose accordingly to personal preference.
6. The device is equipped with massage settings for the shoulders, knees, hands and feet, and legs. Choose the appropriate setting according to personal needs.
7. Use the "+" button to adjust the massage strength, and the machine will automatically stop if it detects no load for 5 seconds.
