Good morning, the lock I received has completely different dimensions than the one I ordered. The distance between the holes was supposed to be 132 mm but it is 112 mm, the length according to the photo with dimensions is 107 mm but it is 90 mm, the width is 68 mm but it is 60 mm. I am attaching photos from the advertisement description and photos of the product received. Please provide information on how I should return the non-compliant product to receive a refund.. The fan is wonderful, both the bamboo and silk are good quality. Unfortunately the tassel that came with the fan differed in colour. I won’t be using it with the fan and I don’t see any other uses for it, so it’s basically expensive waste

[BIG SHOT] Oh my gyatt, the glasses are good but the frame is plastic and rather hard to put them on the face. But for the price, it's reasonable. I hope they don't break otherwise I'll be disappointed AND [NEO]

The item does not fit the Dyson V7, even though stated so in the description! Therefore unusable for us. Delivery in an envelope: Postage costs of 4.- too expensive/ 2 weeks delivery time- too long.
