Rumble Roller provides soft tissue control.
The Rumble Roller has specially designed ridges on its surface that are both sturdy and flexible.
The rumble roller's protrusions are harder than muscle and softer than bone. When you roll the rumble roller, the protrusions on the surface massage along your body and gently stretch the soft tissue in various directions. This loosens acupressure points and relieves pain quickly.
With a simple technique, you can control the force with which the rumble rollers press against your body. Because the rumble rollers are closely spaced (5cm apart), several of them press against your body at the same time. By slightly changing your body position, you can increase or decrease the pressure by reducing the area of your body that the rumble rollers are touching.
