Never order from Joom again! The shirt doesn't fit and is of poor quality! Unfortunately, it's impossible to return the shirt! For days I've been trying to request a return - unfortunately, no one is reachable by email or phone, and in the app, you go in circles with the refund and start over every time....

I would Never order from this website if I had known they will take 3 months to deliver. Ordered this in September for my mums birthday to take abroad on 5th of Nov still not received. Was told cant start refund request until 22 December very disappointing. Please don’t order.

Hello, I ordered the pants 3 sizes larger than my size and they are still tight and uncomfortable and the length is too short. The quality of the fabric is also very rough and not soft and comfortable.
