Installation Guide: Step 1: Disassemble and assemble each engine component, remove the radiator cap, and disconnect the radiator. Step 2: Remove the drive belt components and timing chain, and remove the timing chain cover from the engine block. Step 3: Install the new timing chain. Make sure the new chain is accurately aligned with the markings on the day chain gear. Replace the crankshaft seal and lightly tap the new timing cover onto the new crankshaft seal.
