Korean customer's review ;
- Why did you buy it? I have a patient who had colon cancer surgery and chemotherapy. When I searched for foods good for cancer patients, "chaesu" was a common search term. Boiling the appropriate amount of chaesu and drinking it morning and evening is said to reduce inflammation and help suppress cancer cells. I've been brewing it consistently since my surgery a year ago.
- I want to trust everything written on the product information, such as the fact that the product is made from domestically grown and dried shiitake mushrooms grown without pesticides, that the mushrooms are grown only with water without any chemical substances, and that they use clean underground bedrock. I hope Hajini's Berserkteul will continue to be honest about these aspects.
- They say it's made by slicing thick shiitake mushrooms, drying them naturally for one day, and then drying them thoroughly in a dehydrator for another day. Perhaps that's why they seem well-dried and don't lose their shape. They're clean and well-dried.
- They're a bit smaller than Chinese ones, though. I've tried buying organic sliced dried shiitake mushrooms at my local supermarket and also searched for them on other sites. They're a bit on the small side on average. However, since I only need to measure out 10g, size doesn't matter.
- It's a bit powdery. Strangely, there's a lot of powder. I started seeing a lot of powder halfway through eating, and there was a lot of powder at the bottom of the bag, which was a bit inconvenient. Please take that into consideration.
