The wide bell skirt is obtained with a "cage" support that is not provided with the dress, you should know that the skirt falls straight down, it does not remain bell-shaped as in the photo. The upper part could cover a size 5 breast but the waist fits a small M, plus the straps are so tight that they cut into your collarbones. Needless to say the amount of glitter that leaks and leaves everywhere. Unmanageable.
