Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the Nike trainers I have received. I was quite surprised to receive a product with a level of finishing that, in my opinion, does not meet the quality standards I would expect from a brand such as Nike. I am a footwear designer and work with this type of product on a daily basis, so I am very familiar with footwear construction and quality standards. For this reason, I do not believe that the condition of these trainers reflects the level of quality that Nike intends its customers to receive. As you can see in the attached photographs, there are visible traces of adhesive in several areas of the shoes, both yellow and black. In addition, some of the stitching is defective, with the fabric appearing to be forced and poorly finished.. There is also a noticeable asymmetry between the two shoes when they are placed side by side, particularly in the wave-shaped panel on the side. This difference is clearly visible and further indicates a lack of consistency in the manufacturing and finishing process.. Considering all of these issues, I would therefore like to request a full refund for my order. I also expect the return shipping costs to be covered by Nike, as the product I received does not meet the expected quality standards and the return is therefore not due to a change of mind or personal preference.. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and look forward to receiving confirmation of the refund procedure. Thank you in advance for your attention. Kind regards,
Hello, On June 10th I ordered a pair of children's shoes from you adidas 360 Sandals J 2023 Order No. WDQ8E7NM I received the order well, but the shoe is a little too tight on the foot. I am requesting a refund but I cannot log back into your site. I have lost the password, my email address is not recognized, I cannot scan the QR code.. Shame, shame, and still shame. I ordered the shoes for my daughter on September 11th, they were supposed to be delivered by October 4th, but that wasn't the case. The delivery date was further changed to October 14th, a full month after the order. On October 14th, the package doesn't arrive and the delivery date is moved to December 5th, but are you kidding me? 3 months to get a pair of shoes? Which I don't even know if they will arrive! And even more serious, I can neither cancel the order nor request a refund until I receive the package. Are we kidding? First and last time I will buy on Jomm.
The shoes I received do not match the quality and authenticity advertised. As requested by the Joom support team, I am attaching clear photos of the shoes, the labels on both tongues, and the shoe box with the barcode. The photos also include a comparison with an identical pair purchased from an official Nike retailer, showing the differences I observed. These photos are provided as evidence for my ongoing refund request for order 7X836W83.
