The tapered linear indexes resemble teardrops. This design enhances readability and creates a clean, yet graceful impression. This wall clock was inspired by the shape of a vessel. The dial gently slopes upward toward the wooden frame, leaving ample white space. The frame does not obstruct the hands or indexes, enhancing legibility even when viewed from an angle. The unified, vessel-like shape highlights the hands and indexes while reflecting the surrounding light, creating soft shadows. A clock that fits into future lifestyles. With the spread of remote work, homes are transforming into spaces used for multiple purposes. We aimed to create a clock that is suitable for work, study, or relaxation, yet is also a timepiece that can be cherished. A design that is kind to both people and the environment. This is the first Lemnos clock to feature a frame made from domestically produced chestnut wood. By using locally sourced materials, we utilize domestic forest resources and strive to reduce CO2 emissions from transportation. The chestnut wood's pale color blends easily into any space, while also providing a solid, sturdy feel. Design: PINTO

*About Chestnut Wood: In Japan, chestnut wood has been used since the Jomon period for dwellings, temple foundations, and railroad ties. Extremely hard and sturdy, with excellent durability and water resistance, it is also used for a variety of purposes, including furniture and interior decoration. Its beautiful pale color and distinct grain gradually turn golden over time. The numerous small spots called "habushi" (nodes) that form when leaves sprout directly from the trunk allow for a natural look, a unique feature of solid wood.
