Product Introduction

The VF-0 is a prototype of the VF-1 variable fighter, which the United Nations Command is currently developing. It incorporates extensive technology gleaned from the ASS-1, an alien battleship that crashed in 1999. Designed for a variety of combat situations, the VF-0 can transform into three forms: a fighter-like fighter form, a Gerwalk form with excellent hovering performance, and a Battroid form suited for close combat on the ground. Originally, the VF-0 was a prototype test aircraft and was not equipped for combat. However, when the Anti-Union Alliance decided to deploy the variable fighter in combat, its conventional jet engine was quickly overtuned and it was equipped with armaments. The aircraft is also slightly larger than the VF-1 to accommodate the engine. Because the piloting feel of a variable fighter is significantly different between fighter and battroid modes, pilots must possess not only advanced skills but also quick judgment and flexible response. The commander-type S-type is equipped with two Maurer laser cannons on its head and a formation command system. It is piloted by Roy Focker, who is intimately familiar with every aspect of the VF-0, which is still in development, and possesses outstanding piloting skills.

The VF-0S, the machine piloted by Roy Focker in the new OVA "Macross Zero," has been recreated as a kit using completely new molds. This machine was developed before the famous VF-1 Valkyrie. Its dimensions are larger than the VF-1, making this kit quite large.

Packed with Hasegawa's signature aircraft representation! The main wings can be deployed in tandem. Select from leg fast packs, opening/closing airbrakes, and opening/closing cockpit. Includes a pilot figure. Compatible with Macross stands.
