<Synopsis>
Tonight is the fifteenth night of the lunar month. I wish the moon would come out soon. Oh no, it's raining. I hung up the rain doll, but now I'm drawing a face on the useless rain doll. It's raining, so the rain doll looks sad. The moon-viewing dumplings, watching the sobbing Rain Doll, transformed into a rain doll and jumped out! The rain doll grabbed onto a pampas grass stalk and flew into the rainy sky. Together, they cleaned up the sky and cleared away the rain clouds. Yes, the moon was visible. A round, round moon! The rain doll joyfully said, "Thank you everyone," and returned home.

Rainy days are usually depressing. And when it rains on a field trip, festival, or moon-viewing day, it's even more frustrating. That's why someone, long ago, must have invented the rain doll. But it's inevitable that the rain doll's powers can't guarantee perfect weather, and it's a shame to take out your anger on the doll just because it starts raining.
So in our house, when it rains, we draw the face of the rain doll with tears and a crying face, and when the weather is nice, we draw a happy face. That's how this picture book was born.
