These crampons feature six adjustable prongs and an easy-to-use buckle. They include snow plates to prevent snow from clumping on the crampons. The wide snow plates eliminate gaps between the crampons and the main body. *For safe climbing* These crampons are designed for summer snowy fields and winter low-altitude hiking. Do not use for serious snowy mountain climbing. Not suitable for flat-soled shoes (shoes must have at least a 1cm difference between the arch and heel). The most common accident when putting on crampons is a fall due to the prongs catching clothing or one side of the crampon. On snowy slopes, this can also cause a slide. Please wear them correctly as instructed and ensure safe climbing.
