The Owara Bon Festival is a grand festival held in the Yao region of Toyama Prefecture from September 1st to 3rd. This wind chime features a dancer as its motif, with a yukata flowing gracefully from a deep straw hat. Its swaying appearance in the wind evokes the melancholic festival scene. Enjoy the pleasant sound of the brass.
The paper strips are made of water-resistant Japanese paper, but please note that they are not completely waterproof. Please bring them indoors in the event of rain or strong winds.
The paper strips on the wind chimes are made from Yao washi paper from Katsuragisha.
