■To customers who will be replacing sunglasses lenses in-store after March 1, 2024
From March 1, 2024, if you bring your sunglasses to a store and have the lenses replaced, we may charge you an additional processing fee of 3,300 yen in addition to the cost of the lenses.
If you are having your lenses replaced in-store, please be sure to present the sunglasses you purchased and the [Product Shipping Email] showing the shipping date to the store staff within six months of the product being shipped, as this will waive the processing fee for the first time only.
Please note that if six months have passed since the product was shipped, or if you do not present the [Product Shipping Email], we will charge you a processing fee of 3,300 yen in addition to the lens price.
