Installation:
Step 1: For the electric radiator, disconnect the wire. Make sure the radiator is electric or belt driven.If it is electric, loosen the wire on the back of the radiator before continuing.
Step 2: Remove radiator fan cover. Using a wrench and or ratchet and sleeve set, remove the bolts that connect the hood to the radiator. Then lift the cover directly up from the radiator to expose the fan. Please keep the bolts to reinstall the new radiator fan.
Step 3: Remove the old fan. Remove the bolts or fan clutch and fan assembly using a wrench and or ratchet and socket set.
Step 4: Replace the radiator fan. Insert the new fan into the space where the old radiator fan was previously installed. Secure the new radiator fan in place using the bolts removed from the previous step. Reconnect fan clutch and assembly as necessary.
Step 5: Rewire and test. Reconnect the wiring, drop the hood and test to ensure the new radiator fan is working properly.
