The knee area features a double layer of THERMODREAM for added comfort and warmth while pedaling. The use of different high-performance materials in different areas ensures comfortable riding, even in harsh conditions. Ribbing at the back of the ankle also helps prevent cold air from getting in through the ankles, making them easier to put on and take off. The shoulder straps have been redesigned for a better fit. Gold padding (made in Italy) uses shock-absorbing technology to reduce road vibrations by up to 80%. They are also flexible and provide an excellent fit.
