This bait holder attaches to a separately sold step rail. It comes with a step rail base, which is required for mounting to the step rail. The arm can be adjusted to fit the boat's hull, allowing for easy installation without putting strain on the frame or base. The shaft that attaches to the base features a knob, which tightens to secure the base and bait holder tighter and reduce wobble. When installing the bait holder, place the bucket against the boat's hull. Select the appropriate size based on the strength of your boat before installing.
