Shugoro Yamamoto [unpublished] Mystery Collection

From adventure stories published in "Shonen Shojo Tankai," to mystery shorts published in "Shin Shonen," to erotic tales published in "Kodan Zasshi"— This is a grand collection of mystery stories by literary master Yamamoto Shugoro that have not previously been included in his complete works or anthologies! Three full-length novels and ten short stories, all published in hardcover for the first time!

Shortly after the completion of the "Shugoro Shonen Library," Toshiro Kobayashi, a collector of Yamamoto Shugoro's works, sent me a list of his works. The list included the titles and magazines in which 20 works, primarily from "Shonen Shojo Tankai" and "Shin Shonen," had not yet been published in hardcover (including the complete set of the long-running serial "Ghost Fortress"). I immediately contacted Kobayashi, who was able to lend me his valuable magazines, which led to the publication of this book, "Yamamoto Shugoro [Unpublished] Mystery Collection." This book contains some of the most unusual detective stories published by Shugoro before the war, which are not included in either the Complete Works of Shugoro Yamamoto Detective Stories or the Shugoro Children's Library.
