B>Product Details /B> - -Longdan Xiegan Tang- is a formula recorded in the Chinese medical text -Shi Liu Zhong,- considered a classic of Kampo medicine. - It is effective for urinary abnormalities such as painful urination, sensation of residual urine, cloudy urine, and frequent urination in individuals with moderate to high physical strength who experience heat or pain in the lower abdomen. Health Advice Avoid exposing your abdomen to cold.Cold impairs local blood circulation and can trigger cystitis. Keep your abdomen warm as much as possible. Avoid holding urine. Try not to force yourself to hold urine. Excessively holding urine is said to lower resistance to bacteria, making you more susceptible to cystitis. Avoid letting fatigue build up. When fatigue accumulates and physical strength declines, you become more susceptible to bacterial infection. This can make you more prone to cystitis. Avoid overwork and don't let fatigue build up.
