■STORY The year is 1987—49 years after the deadly battle between Joseph Joestar and the Pillar Men... Joseph travels to Japan, the Far East, to meet his grandson, Jotaro Kujo, who claims to be "possessed by an evil spirit." He then tells Jotaro the reason for the sudden appearance of the evil spirits - "Stands." It is the result of the horrible fate of the Joestar family and the vampire DIO, who has awakened from a long 100-year slumber.
