This parcel was delivered months ago yet it seems to be in the post again. After much digging around I seem to have eventually found a way of communicating this to Joom...or have I ?? The 4 baubles were not a disappointment but the extra time needed to stop the repeat delivery has not been welcome. It might yet still be on its way here. We will have to reject it. Then what I wonder. Have I also been charged twice as well??

The product is of ultra-poor quality, I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. It is extremely bad, shaves nothing, irritates a lot with a single action. Poor shave with a two-day beard. Very, very bad product. Saying it is German and that it is a Gillette Fusion brand is a giant deception. I do not recommend it to anyone. I would never buy it again.

The item is as I imagined it. Very nice smooth wood and the coasters work as they should. All in all I am very satisfied. There is only one star deduction for the packaging. It was probably not handled so well during transport and was quite damaged.

The pen delivered is not the color requested and ordered. The color "dark grey" arrived, when I asked for "light grey". I want a refund or replacement with the color I need - "light grey". How should I proceed?

41 Chinese is too small for a 40 EUR. I give it a 39 EUR. I can't wear it! I should have taken 42 Chinese for a 40 EUR shoe size, yet I followed the measurements in the attached table!
