Extremely disappointing experience. The item I received was absolutely nothing like the advertised photographs. The seller claimed it was a “1:1 identical copy”, but what arrived was one of the poorest-quality imitations I’ve ever seen. Trying to resolve the issue through Joom has been just as frustrating. I’ve repeatedly supplied photographs as requested, only to be asked for more evidence and eventually measurements and dimensions, despite the differences being blatantly obvious. Would not recommend. Be very cautious when purchasing from this site, particularly when buying branded-looking products. Very poor product quality and even worse customer service.

It's not at all what is shown in the image, it's a simple 3D print, poorly finished. The box was all crushed and besides that it's broken, the legs don't fit with the rest of the doll, and the pumpkin is split. It's not at all what I ordered, I'm going to return it.

The only visual defect is that the headphone jack is a little crooked, otherwise okay, it works to charge the phone at the same time when I use the headphones, you can hear the direction the sound is coming from.

I bought 6, but they are all almost disassembled, and the batteries are also missing, one for each Power Bank lamp, but I have everything else I need.

The remote control has just arrived, it has the same serial code as mine but it doesn't work! That is, it doesn't switch to Heat mode.
