Written by Riku Sanjo and directed by Koichi Sakamoto, the film is produced by the same cast and staff who worked on the "Kamen Rider W FOREVER" movie. The story of Fuuto continues. [Story]
Kamen Rider W solves a case in which ordinary citizens, transformed into Dopants by a prototype Gaia Memory, go on a rampage. Suddenly, a mysterious beauty appears. Her name is Mina. Deeply resentful of W and burning with revenge, she attacks him using her psychic powers! W dodges her attacks and manages to kill her. When he asks her why she holds a grudge, she says something unexpected... Mina reveals that Daido Katsumi, aka Kamen Rider Eternal, the worst criminal in history who put Fuuto's very existence at risk, is the hero who saved her from hell! This is a surprising fact. The truth about the terrorist group "NEVER" and the untold story of Kamen Rider Eternal's birth, as well as the "Devil (Eternal)", are revealed!
