This short-length rod (over 5') allows for precise single-handed casting and pinpoint accuracy. It boasts a unique presence in situations where casting precision is crucial, as missing the target by even a few centimeters can result in a missed bite. It's particularly well-suited for lures that are manipulated with the tip lowered, such as topwater lures and jerkbaits, allowing for subtle jerks to lure bass. Furthermore, by not lowering the guide diameter from the top to the belly section, allowing the weight of the guides to flex the rod further enhances casting and jerking.
