This sake is produced by vacuum distilling sake lees from Tatenokawa Shuzo, a Junmai Daiginjo brewery. With a fruity aroma derived from Junmai Daiginjo, it's easy to enjoy even for those who don't usually drink much shochu. Despite its high alcohol content of 35%, it can be enjoyed with soda or green tea, making it a great drink to accompany meals. HITOYO Salm is a sake lees shochu created in collaboration with Tatenokawa Shuzo, a Japanese sake brewery with traditional techniques dating back to 1830. To provide a quality that even those who don't usually drink shochu can enjoy, it is essential to offer an aroma and flavor that allows absolutely no compromise. To achieve this ideal, we collaborated with Tatenokawa Shuzo, which is meticulous about the rice used as the raw material, resulting in a shochu with the ideal gorgeous ginjo aroma and flavor.
