Unfortunate shipment, with very long delivery times, the two bottles arrived, one almost empty, the second missing a quarter of the product. Burdened by customs duties and postal charges, not indicated at the time of purchase. I must also acknowledge Jomm, who refunded me for the almost empty bottle in euros, and customs and postal charges in points. This unfortunately is happening very often for extra-EU orders coming from India, that's why I gave three stars. The product is quite effective for muscle and bone pain. Greetings.

I just had to pick up the product from the post office. I'm very upset that customs and the post office are hitting it financially (see photo). I can't judge it yet, because it's only just being used. I hope it will help the healing of my operated knee. It makes up for it that there were two bottles in the package, thank you very much. I waited more than two months for the package to arrive. It was already paid with the card for 89 euros, then the Italian post office manager wanted 23 euros and 10 cents for delivery. There is a scam without a receipt. I don't order anything anymore Excellent balm for colds. Thanks to the seller.
Neem oil is always helpful for pain in joints. It also works quickly, because the oil absorbs extra well. I recently sprained my ankle: hobbled to the neem oil, rubbed in oil, rested lying down for a few minutes and then I was able to walk pain free again.
3 days ago I had severe pain in my back which continued the next day. Yesterday the balm arrived: I made two applications and today I'm really much better. I just didn't understand why I paid another 2€ for the forwarder (Italian post office); never happened.
The ointment is not very "liquid", rather a bit "dry". This makes it particularly easy to apply and rub in over large areas. Has a cooling effect and smells pleasantly of menthol. And helps well with muscle soreness and pain that feels similar
