Refer to the wiring diagram to connect the color-coded wires: Red to +12VDC, Black to fan positive, Black to ignition, and Gray to the sending unit.

Turns on the cooling fan when the engine reaches the set temperature of the thermostat switch mounted on the engine head or when the A/C is turned on.

Please crimp or solder larger wires. If installing a high-profile fan, 14AWG wire (15 amps) is not large enough to draw high amperage.
