Please be careful! This is a natural feather product. It has been carefully washed in Japan, but if you are sensitive to feather odor, please refrain from purchasing. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to odor, so please be aware of this before purchasing. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- *Cautions for those who purchase a sleeping bag before use Feathers are very sensitive to moisture, and if even the slightest moisture remains, they will smell and will not fluff up at all, so before using the sleeping bag, be sure to dry it in the sun in a well-ventilated area or use a futon dryer to remove all moisture. Also, as preparation before use, we recommend that you dry it completely at home beforehand, rather than at the campsite, and then put it in the storage bag and bring it to the campsite. It will fluff up nicely and be comfortable to use, even without drying it on site. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- (1) Frequently asked questions/Feather bias
How to deal with this: When new, the sleeping bag is folded by machine and placed in a storage bag, so the feathers may be unevenly distributed to one side or the back. If this happens, remove the moisture until you can see the feathers moving around inside. Then, hold the tip of the sleeping bag and shake it lightly. This will move the feathers evenly and eliminate any unevenness. (2) Frequently Asked Questions: Regarding Side Zippers Getting Stuck If the side zippers don't move smoothly or are not flush when closed all the way to the top, it's likely that the bottom zippers aren't properly fitted. First, completely unzip both the left and right zippers, then push them in until the fabric at the bottom of the zipper is flush, then pull up the zipper. This will allow the zipper to move smoothly.
