Vet inte riktigt vad jag ska skriva. Stoppade i handen och det var som att stoppa in den i mjukaste bomull. I med foten och där är den vid skrivande stund kvar. Tror jag ärligt kan säga att detta är det skönaste jag haft på fötterna. Jag har problem med hammartå, liktornar och lite ben som sticker ut här och där. Dom är totalt underbara, inget som klämmer, bara mjukt och skönt. Rekommenderas x 1000. God Jul.

Hello Joom Support Team, I am contacting you by email because the chat on your homepage is not working for me. The system incorrectly showed me that I had accepted a partial refund. That is not true. I expressly rejected the partial refund! The goods are completely defective.. Last night I was at a professional cobbler. He determined that not only is there the initial damage, but the sole of the other pair/shoe is also completely torn. Both shoes are therefore unusable and had to be given for repair.. In the attachment, you will find the current photos that clearly document the extended damage (cracked sole of the second shoe).. Since the goods were defective and damaged from the beginning, I request a full refund (100%) of my purchase price.. Please confirm receipt of this email and the processing of my case. Many Thanks.
