BUYERS BEWARE! MISLEADING PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND POOR QUALITY! The handbag I received was completely different from the product advertised. It was advertised as genuine leather with an Epsom-style embossed texture, but the handbag delivered appears to be made of cheap synthetic material, without the advertised texture. The metal clasp is poorly finished, visibly scratched, and completely different from the clasp shown in the product photographs. The handbag also has multiple manufacturing defects, poor stitching, and an extremely low-quality finish. This is not the product shown in the listing! Although Joom eventually issued me a full refund, the seller never responded to the formal complaint I sent by email. IMPORTANT WARNING TO OTHER BUYERS: I have found another Joom storefront displaying the same seller's registered company details and selling similar products. The previous store was called Versatile scarf. The company details shown are: Registered company: Yuzhou Yirou Decorate Co., Ltd. Registration number: 91411081MA9H159B5R Email: joomtop@126.com Registered address: No. 101, Building 30, South 1st Street, Shangbo City, Guolian Town, Yuzhou City, Henan Province, China, 461670. The most recent review I found on the other storefront dates back to 2025. I cannot confirm why the storefront changed, but the matching company details deserve attention. Please check the seller's details carefully before ordering. Do not rely solely on the product photographs or descriptions. I received a poorly made handbag that did not match what I purchased, and I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before placing an order with this seller..
Unfortunately, I cannot understand how one can rate these shoes positively. For me, it is very important to pay attention to the quality and what my child wears on their feet.. The shoes appear to be very cheaply made, smell strongly of plastic, and overall do not give a high-quality impression. They were also only delivered in a plastic bag and not in a shoebox.. For me, the quality does not meet what I expect from a good football boot for my child. Therefore, I would not buy or recommend these shoes again.
