The chain, despite choosing the 40 cm option, turned out to be too tight on the neck, which is ambivalent to the product shown in the photo. The quality itself is not bad, but I would like to request a full refund. I will of course send the item back.

Very disappointed, I ordered Garnet and got Tourmaline. Absolutely disgusted that it's come all that way when I could have bought it better in the UK. I would like a refund please

the 1 ring i bought was ok, but the second one i ordered had an issue where the adjustable part of the ring was stuck together making it impossible to adjust

On the first day I used it, I went to wash the dishes and already saw a scratch with a grey background. It's not gold-plated, and if it is, it's a minimal layer
