my satisfaction is really bad because the package arrived broken and torn but anyway how can I tell you that you don't give a damn about us being serious you have so many customers that we tell you we don't care Well, we don't really care, it's not from today that I'm ordering from you so it's true that it suits me a little because it's true that these are not products that I usually find but I find them from you but 30% of what I took from you is broken or even we never see the packages on the other hand we always have a message from you return within 90 days refund but the only one problem it's 90 days that's great refund that's great but if we don't have the package what do we do? yes I'll rephrase if we don't receive the package what do we do to return it or get a refund so now that I have told you I am not delighted with it but what is said is no longer to be done so I wish you a good evening if it is the evening at your place a good morning if it is the morning at your place you good afternoon good evening finally good in short at home it is 9:57 p.m. I thank you very much and of course my name is finally my message is not anonymous cordially Mr Ced

The handbag in the photos looks stiff and holds its shape well, but in reality, the material is very soft and collapses under the weight of items, narrowing towards the bottom, making it resemble a shopping bag more than a classic handbag. I am disappointed because the product looks different than in the photos.

The size fits but unfortunately the print (the stripes on the front) is totally smudged and partly crooked. It looks totally weird, you can't walk around with it like that. I can't add a photo or video because I don't have a camera.

The product is perfect, I give it a failing due to the lack of information about the security lock system, it does not come with its code, I must add that I solved all the problems by contacting the Joom team, thanks

Wonderful handbag. Light, spacious, extraordinary in its elegance and simplicity. Special praise to the Sellers from JOOM. The product arrived ahead of time, for which I am extremely grateful. Thank you and greetings.
