Ordered on 01/18/2021, arrived on 02/16/2021. The whole thing was packed together with another article by Joom Logistik. It was quite a long time on the road and the shipment tracking via the app was miserable. 😒 But the packaging was great, so nothing happened to this article. The chain, or rather the pendant, is very beautiful. The chain is quite short and I will certainly replace it with another one. The pendant is very well made and looks really nice. ❤
Absolutely beautiful dragonfly, my daughter will love this!! I have been anxiously waiting for it to be delivered. Only thing is, that it wasn't actually on the chain, I had to put it on the chain and there is a knot in the chain also. I will get a different chain for it anyway. Thanks Joom and to the store I bought it from, very nice!
Unfortunately I only received the torn open packaging in the mailbox today. I'm very disappointed that there is such a thing but I think it was because of the thin packaging. Just sad......it was supposed to be a present for my wife. Can I still order jewelry at all????that is the question?????

I ordered rose gold and unfortunately received gold. The chain inside cannot be properly placed in the guide. It would be better if it were covered on the inside. Since it doesn't seal, it's not really designed to store small things in it
