Better than described. Now just connect and off you go. The best thing to do is to select the circuits that have many electronic devices working on them, such as washer dryers, refrigerators and so on. Installation example. Flat has 12 fuses, first 3 are Hert. The next 3 check by switching on ap to see what's going on. And that's phase 1 on fuse 4. So we take a free socket for power saver. Now switch the fuse back on and do the same with fuse 5 and 6. if they have 2-3 power savers. Every phase is taken care of. Note: Please note special features such as medical equipment, aquariums, and things that need to be set up again after a power failure. E.g. which, fax and other devices.

It is very good, it has 3 lenses in the shape of, they are collapsible and can be superimposed one in front of the other to have more magnification, it has a flashlight with 3 LED lights that can be detachable from the visor that holds the lenses, it is adjustable to both sides and ac below , it has 2 light intensities , it can be used as a flashlight , it works with AA batteries , it has a lens on the right side that is small and circular , rotatable and foldable to use alone or in front of the other lenses , the strap to attach to the head it is adjustable by means of a rotating wheel , the visor can be raised and lowered on the head , it is held by a rotating tightening wheel located on both sides of the head , I like it , good price , thanks ! .

Overall the tool has decent material quality. But, besides bad packaging that got totally destroyed during delivery, there are issues on manufacturing quality. Namely, the tips of calibration rods are not filed down, neither polished. In fact, you can see cutting marks! This results failure on measurements that differs up to 0.02mm. So to get this tool properly you have to disassemble it and file down cutting marks and polish end surfaces. ...in result, considering how much you need to spend your time to make this tool working properly, it is not worth money. Better add approx 8 $ and buy a tool with proper quality from your local hardware store or supermarket
